It is helpful to share your retreat schedule with the Calvin Center Office a couple of weeks in advance so we can help coordinate group activities to help prevent overlap when possible. If your plans include using the ball field or worship areas please let us know.

Groups should only enter buildings they are assigned to and should stay out of other buildings as they may be rented by other groups.

Group leaders should check in at the Calvin Center office upon arrival and upon departure.
