Meet the Staff
Dana Hughes is a presbyterian interim minister who has done more interims than she can shake a stick at, serving churches as interim head of staff, as solo pastor and as an associate. She believes that interim ministry is both a calling and a logical choice, and she is dedicated to helping others explore their gifts for this very particular form of ministry. Dana is also a writer working on a book of poetry, a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary, and a resident of Atlanta, where she shares her life with husband, Bill, and waaay too many pets.
Susan Haynes is a native of the Atlanta area and a lifelong Presbyterian. She has been actively involved in many aspects of the life of the church as a Deacon, Ruling Elder, and now as a Teaching Elder. Her main area of service to the church beyond the local congregation has been on the Committee on Ministry of two presbyteries, most recently as co-chair of the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta’s Committee on Ministry. Susan graduated from Georgia State University in 1980 (B.B.A) and graduated from Columbia Theological Seminary in 2002 (M.Div.)
Stu Ritter has served as a transitional pastor in the PC (U.S.A.) since 1999, leading congregations of 250 to 1500 members in ten presbyteries. He is currently Stated Clerk of Northeast Georgia Presbytery. Earlier, he worked as a city planner, administrator and consultant in organizational development. He also taught social research and leadership development at the University of New Hampshire, the University of Judaism and Cornell University. Stu is a graduate of Cornell (BA), UNC- Chapel Hill (MA) and San Francisco Theological Seminary (MDiv).
