CAMP STARTS AT 8 PM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17TH AND FINSHES ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19th AT 12.30PM (AFTER LUNCH).

• Monday October 13th registration deadline!
• Please register your whole group using the form enclosed.
• Our keynote speaker is Brian Coulter. Brian is going into his last year at Columbia Theological Seminary and is actively pursuing ordination in the PC(USA). He is a husband of a few years to Megan and a father of a few weeks to Annabel. Brian has a passion for ministry and sees youth as a vital and essential part of our church. He is excited about coming to Camp Calvin and spending time with all of you.
• This year we will be using a small group model of randomly assigned groups. If you or your chaperones are willing to lead a small group, please indicate this on the group registration form.
• This is why it’s important for you to get your churches registration in early so we can assign groups and send you the back-home/small group handbook, and then you and your chaperones will be familiar with it.
• Send one check made out to the “Calvin Center” for the whole group
• Make sure you have at least one adult advisor per seven youth of the same gender.
• This year we will open high ropes again during free-time. This will be on a first come first served basis. And we will put through as many people as we can. This means individuals can participate rather than whole groups. (see release form below)
• Have your registration postmarked by Oct 13th. In order to ensure that everyone has adequate housing there will be no late registrations taken. THIS RETREAT WILLFILL FAST

• Once we receive your registration, we will send, call or fax you with confirmation of registration.
• You can download directions to the Calvin Center from the directions page

• One medical release for each participant in your group - a release form is enclosed. Participants MUST have medical release and copy of insurance card to be able to participate in the retreat!
• Bedding, towel, clothing for all types of weather, toiletries, flashlight, and a Bible.
